Orders can be placed on our website or by phone.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also be informed about each stage of the order by sending an email.

How can I search for a product?

All our products are displayed on the website. On our main page, using filters, you can find products by model, brand, color, size, price and many other parameters.

How can I register an order?

  1. Choose the product and color
  2. Select the right size
  3. Click on the "Add to Cart" box
  4. A small window will open, with two options: "Login and save" or "View cart". Select the desired action.
  5. All selected products from your cart will appear. If applicable, you can also add a discount code here or delete/edit products from your cart, then click "Proceed to checkout".
  6. Log in to your account or continue as a guest, then fill in the required information.
  7. Choose the delivery and payment method.

What is the delivery time?

We make every effort to ensure that the ordered products reach you in the shortest possible time.

Orders are delivered within approximately 2–4 business days from the time of registration. In exceptional circumstances, delivery times may be extended. In this case, we will inform you by email.

Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

The order status can be checked in your customer account or on the courier company's website.

We inform you about each stage of the order by sending an email.

How can I modify or cancel an order?

To cancel or modify an order, please contact us via chat, from your customer account, our email address or by phone. Cancellation cannot be made if the order has already been packaged, and the following changes cannot be made to an order: quantity, size, color, model, or multiple orders.

Order status

  • New order – your order has been registered and is being verified.
  • Pending payment – ​​your card payment was not registered and you need to retry the payment. If you fail to make the payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • Waiting for product – the selected product is in an external warehouse. In this case, the delivery time is extended by another 2–3 business days.
  • Ready to ship – the order has been packed and is being sent to the shipping warehouse to check the product and its packaging.
  • Sent – ​​the order has been sent from our warehouse. At this moment, the package is waiting to be picked up by the courier or is already on its way to you.
  • Cancelled – the order was cancelled because the payment did not go through or you requested a cancellation. We cannot resume a cancelled order. Products from a cancelled order will appear again on our site in approximately 24 hours.
  • Returned – the returned package has arrived at our warehouse. After verification, the money will be refunded in approximately 3–5 business days.
  • Unclaimed parcel – the parcel not collected from the courier has arrived at our warehouse. After verification, if the order has been paid, in approximately 3–5 business days the money will be automatically refunded to the account from which you paid for the order. If you still want the order, please place it again on the website.
