To select the correct size, we recommend taking measurements with a flexible tape measure. If necessary, ask another person for help.

To measure, wrap the tape measure around your chest, with your arms straight at your sides.

To measure your waist, wrap the tape measure around the narrowest point of your waist. Keep the tape measure close to your body, but not too tight.

To measure your hips, place your feet together and wrap the tape measure around the widest point of your hips, making sure it is not too tight.
